Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Intellihot for the Mid-South. You will own demand generation, manage rep agencies, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to grow IH/DHWL revenue across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical/engineered HVAC or plumbing products.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing indirect rep networks in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation and pipeline growth in territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies and set targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Support).
