Own Texas territory demand-generation strategy, build qualified pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
Lead and develop independent sales rep agencies with clear targets and accountability.
Engage engineers, design firms, contractors, wholesalers with technical guidance on sizing and applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to localize programs, resolve issues, and improve territory execution.
Track pipeline and KPIs in CRM; prioritize opportunities using market intelligence and pricing input.
