Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial programs across Northern Texas, including Dallas and Fort Worth. The role collaborates with territory managers, BDM team, and Regional Sales Manager to maximize opportunities and achieve corporate objectives.

Travel up to 75% within the territory is required. The candidate will lead product training for plumbers and contractors, develop plumber conversion programs, and maintain distributor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales-management experience in construction products.
• Experience with gas appliance applications and dealer networks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and grow Repair & Replace, builder, and commercial contractor segments.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors by segment.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs as approved.
• Maintain distributor relationships and supply chain alignment.
• Travel within territory up to 75% to meet targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory metrics.
