Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team in Dallas, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead a team of hourly Ambassadors, coach on security, customer service and sales, and drive the daily operations to deliver safe, efficient experiences for travelers.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a strong coaching style, and the ability to recruit, onboard and develop talent while ensuring compliance with CLEAR, airport, state and federal policies and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operations.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors while fostering learning.
• Coach and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to drive performance improvements.
• Build stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted part of station leadership.
