You will maintain case notes, collaborate with internal staff and external partners, and help participants progress toward sustainable employment while supporting job readiness workshops and employer outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Strong career counseling and case management skills with goal setting and progress tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for diverse participants.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including recordkeeping and data entry.
• Ability to build partnerships with employers, training providers, and service agencies.
• Coaching and facilitation skills for job readiness workshops and one-on-one guidance.
• Experience in workforce development or related fields is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; postsecondary education preferred.
