Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of educational and support programs.
• Promote long-term workforce aligned with each individual’s career goals.
• Ensure every interaction reflects ACE culture, mission and values.
• Facilitate or provide career coaching including intake, assessment, guidance, and placement support.
• Meet regularly with employees and clients; maintain employer relationships for advancement.
• Build relationships with store managers for caseload employees.
• Create Individualized Service Plans addressing career and education goals.
• Communicate with community partners; maintain resource guide.
• Ensure client documentation is timely and compliant with guidelines.
• Teach work readiness skills in one-on-one and group settings.
