Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years’ experience administering Academic Testing.
• Strong computer skills; Banner and Argos experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate computerized and virtual tests for placement and Allied Health programs.
• Ensure evening and weekend tests are staffed with trained proctors.
• Review placement results and update Banner records; manage holds.
• Provide customer service to visitors and callers with testing information.
• Maintain testing environment and security; supervise staff in the director's absence.
