Walla Walla Community College seeks a full-time Testing Center Coordinator at the Walla Walla campus to support instruction through proctoring and testing services. The role involves coordinating exams including GED, CLEP, ATI, Pearson Vue, and distance learning tests, while maintaining certifications and ensuring accessibility and security for students.

Formación

• An associate degree from a nationally accredited college or university AND three years of experience in teaching, training, counseling, or testing.
• College-level coursework and experience as a testing proctor.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administration of tests, including make-up exams and accommodations testing.
• Proctor tests and oversee placement tests; communicate results with advising and admissions.
• Maintain testing records, schedules, and certifications for testing services.
• Serve as primary contact for testing questions from staff, faculty, and students.
• Ensure testing security and compliance with policies and testing company requirements.
