Job summary

BRCC is seeking a Testing Center Technician to administer exams, process scores, and maintain testing records. You will support student success and ensure testing integrity with professional customer service.

You will manage computer-based testing, provide accommodations, prepare reports, and collaborate with faculty to coordinate testing services for traditional and adult learners. Flexibility for evening/weekend testing is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional-level customer service experience.
• Experience in a college testing center or academic support unit is preferred.
• Ability to score tests accurately and follow testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams and process test results, update official scores.
• Maintain testing files and generate statistical reports.
• Provide accommodated testing and support evening/weekend testing.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate testing services.
• Conduct research on testing best practices and assist in operations.
