Job summary

College of Lake County is seeking a Testing Specialist for the Grayslake Campus to coordinate testing services, administer exams, score results, and maintain test security and records. This role supports front-line testing and ADA services, ensuring accurate, timely operations and strong customer service.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Testing Centers, you will also train staff, handle proctoring, and assist with payments and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3 years related experience or Bachelor's with 2 years.
• Computers: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services at Grayslake Campus and support daily operations.
• Administer exams in compliance with rules, score and report results, maintain security.
• Provide input and training toTesting staff; assist Manager in coordination of daily testing activities.
• Provide tech support for testing software with IT and external vendors.
• Update training manuals and maintain inventory of supplies.
