Job summary

The College of Lake County is seeking a dedicated Testing Specialist to coordinate testing services at the Grayslake Campus. You will assist in administering exams, scoring results, and maintaining test security while ensuring smooth customer service and accuracy in records.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups, including Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience acceptable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services at the Grayslake Campus.
• Administer exams in compliance with testing rules and regulations.
• Score and report test results; maintain test security and records.
• Provide input and training to testing staff.
• Attend trainings and professional development for testing services.
