Job summary

College of DuPage in Carol Stream, IL seeks an Instructional Assistant III for Testing Services on a part-time basis. You will administer tests, support faculty and students, and maintain testing center operations with professional service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two years college or equivalent experience in an educational setting required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide test administration and instructional support to students and faculty.
• Execute various test delivery methods and administer exams using COD systems.
• Maintain Testing Center operations with professional service and confidentiality.
• Ensure test integrity policies and FERPA compliance; monitor vendor requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing software problems; coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate with faculty and testing services to resolve issues and support students.
• Plan information sessions to inform students about available academic support services.
