College of DuPage is seeking an Instructional Assistant III for the Naperville/Westmont area to support the Testing Center and administer exams. The role focuses on ensuring accurate test delivery, proctoring, and customer service for students taking high-stakes tests using COD systems.

The candidate should have at least two years of college coursework or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. Part-time hours apply, with a starting rate around the posted range.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex test delivery methods and administer exams using COD systems.
• Maintain daily Testing Center operations with excellent customer service.
• Adhere to FERPA and test integrity policies; monitor and proctor high-stakes testing.
• Troubleshoot testing software issues and collaborate with IT/vendors as needed.
• Complete proctor certification tests and maintain eligible status.
• Promote testing services and assist students with COD systems.
