Prometric seeks a Test Center Administrator in Brookfield, WI to be the face of the center, verify candidate IDs, monitor exams, and uphold stringent security standards for exam integrity. The role supports Prometric’s global network and requires a high school diploma plus customer service experience.

You will greet examinees, follow policies, and help ensure a fair testing environment while collaborating with a team in a 20+ hour-capable schedule. Full-time role with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials at all times.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• Be flexible with scheduling and support Prometric days of operations.
