Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to serve as the face of the center, verify candidate IDs, and monitor exams with strict adherence to security policies. The role supports a fast-paced, professional environment that upholds exam integrity globally.

As Prometric employs over 600 TCAs worldwide, you’ll contribute to maintaining a secure testing environment, delivering quality service, and ensuring a fair testing experience for all candidates. Training is provided, and schedules vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in person.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based programs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain security checks and monitor exams.
• Uphold center policies and exam integrity standards.
• Assist with scheduling and center operations.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and accurate testing environment.
