This role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to security protocols. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with varying shifts, including weekends, and requires flexibility to cover schedules as Prometric operates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
