Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Monitor exams and ensure integrity throughout testing sessions.
• Perform security checks and use of screening tools as required.
• Provide a safe, fair, and professional testing environment.
• Escalate issues with urgency when needed.
