Prometric's Test Center Administrator role in Eugene, OR, is the face of Prometric at our test sites. You will verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and enforce strict policies to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity.

Prometric employs 600+ TCAs worldwide and values professionalism, reliability, and teamwork to ensure a fair and secure testing experience for every candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in person.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure testing environment and materials.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• Be flexible with scheduling and adhere to Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Safeguard the test center from misconduct.
• If applicable, scan and record candidate fingerprint IDs.
