Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to serve as the face of Prometric at the Sycamore test center. You will verify identifications, monitor exams, and enforce policies to uphold exam integrity.

This role supports a busy environment with the aim of delivering a fair testing experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while using MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers.
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence.
• Must be able to multi-task and assist with equipment setup.
• Familiar with Windows-based programs including MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including wand use.
• Monitor exams to uphold integrity and policies.
• Maintain secure environment and materials at all times.
• Assist with scheduling and door security as needed.
