Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to join our team and support live, in-person testing operations. The role requires greeting examinees, verifying ID, monitoring exams, and upholding strict security and integrity standards across sites.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Part-time shifts and a site-open schedule are available, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain test center policies and procedures.
• Perform required security checks and monitor exams.
• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Safeguard test center security and materials.
• Be flexible with scheduling and shifts.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Proactively address incidents outside guidelines.
• Scan fingerprints if applicable and record identifications.
