Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to greet examinees, verify IDs and uphold exam integrity in a fast-paced center. This role reports to the Test Center Manager within the Test Center department.

The position is part-time with varied shifts at our Mentor, OH site. It offers training, benefits including holidays and a 401K, and opportunities to work with a global testing network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies, practices and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for every candidate.
• Report occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification if applicable.
