Job summary

Aiken Technical College is seeking an exam proctor to provide administrative support and proctoring services as directed by the Director of Student Success. The role monitors testing and online training programs to ensure smooth operation.

The responsibilities include communicating with customers, assisting with scheduling exams, processing documents, data entry in Colleague, and delivering accurate test reports while delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and related clerical experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of College personnel, students, business and industry clients.
• Must be available for scheduling during operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Assist customers with scheduling exams.
• Process source documents for testing and online course registration.
• Process data entry using Colleague administrative software.
• Process and deliver test reports.
