Aiken Technical College is seeking an administrative support and proctoring professional to assist with scheduling exams and processing testing and online course registrations. You will monitor testing operations and ensure smooth delivery of reports while providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements include a high school diploma and clerical experience, with Associate’s degree preferred. Proctoring may occur on or off campus; strong computer skills and experience with Colleague
Position provides administrative support and proctoring services as directed by the Director of Student Success. Monitors progress and operation of scheduled testing and online training programs.
A high school diploma and related clerical experience required. Self-starter with strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of College personnel, students, business and industry clients is essential. Must be available for scheduling during operational hours. Tests may be proctored on or off campus.
Current Aiken Technical College students are not eligible to work in the Test Center as a Proctor due to test security conflicts.
Associate’s degree is preferred. Strong computer skills including troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Colleague software experience preferred.
