Job summary

Auburn University's Biggio Center Testing Services is seeking a dedicated Testing Services Assistant to support the operation of testing centers. You will proctor exams, assist test-takers with check-in, and help resolve technical or procedural issues during test administrations.

You will implement testing security protocols, manage test files, and assist with database and records preparation while maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of administrative support or testing center experience.
• Experience in customer service and handling sensitive information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist test-takers during the testing process, including check-in and start-up assistance.
• Proctor testing to meet security and protocol requirements and address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate test security protocols, maintain test files, and help prepare databases and records.
• Maintain familiarity with testing software and databases; ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Provide front desk support such as scheduling, document collection, and handling deliveries and inquiries.
