Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Flexible schedule including day, night and one designated Saturday per month based on testing schedule.
• Valid Driver's license and approval required by the College’s liability insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in candidates, verify identification, and communicate exam protocols.
• Administer and proctor exams in a secure environment for multiple testing agencies.
• Set up testing rooms for paper-pencil and computer-based testing.
• Administer private testing sessions with accommodations and remote testing as needed.
• Travel to offsite locations and NC prisons/jails to administer assessments.
• Document and report testing irregularities to the test vendor and test center specialist.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the test vendor; maintain confidentiality and testing logs.
• Ensure testing area remains neat and compliant; participate in trainings and meetings.
