Prometric is seeking a Test Center Manager in Macon, GA. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the test center, supervise Test Center Administrators, and ensure the security, integrity, and quality of exam delivery. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

You will oversee scheduling, cost awareness, and staff training while maintaining compliance with Prometric policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance meet Prometric standards.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Understand test center operating costs and Prometric's financial drivers.
• Educate staff on KPIs and coach toward targets.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for test candidates.
• Hire and train new Test Center Administrators.
• Review timesheets and expenses for all staff.
• Maintain security at testing facilities and manage keys.
• Represent the organization professionally.
• Knowledge of basic technology to resolve common issues.
• File detailed reports on irregular test center situations or complaints.
• Engage with property management to maintain a safe testing environment.
