Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience required (call center, retail, etc.).
• Management or supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance meet Prometric standards.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Understand how test center costs impact financial metrics and performance.
• Educate staff on KPI rationale and coach them to targets.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for test candidates.
