Prometric is hiring a Test Center Manager in Greenville, SC. You will manage daily test center operations, staff scheduling, security procedures, and customer service quality, ensuring exam integrity and smooth administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance meet Prometric standards.
• Plan regular staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Educate staff on key performance levers and coach to targets.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for test candidates arriving for registration.
• Hiring and training of new Test Center Administrators.
• Review and approve timesheets and expenses for all staff.
• Engage with property management to maintain a safe testing environment.
• Act as a TCA to administer tests.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
