Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• One year of management or supervisory experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities and operations meet Prometric standards and client requirements.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Understand operating costs and impact on financial metrics.
• Educate staff on KPIs and coach to targets.
• Supervise security procedures for candidate verification and testing.
