Prometric Ireland Limited seeks a Test Center Manager in Honolulu, HI to oversee daily operations, staffing, and exam delivery at 1003 Bishop St Ste 480. You will ensure quality, security, and client satisfaction while maintaining Prometric standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, risk management, and a commitment to exam integrity across all test centers in the region. A supervisory background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with candidates effectively and with professionalism and authority.
• Ability to learn and apply verbal and written operational instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance at the test center meet Prometric standards.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Manage operating costs and impact on financial drivers.
• Educate staff on KPIs and coach for target achievement.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for candidates.
