The role requires reliability, strong customer service skills and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. Training is provided and you’ll join Prometric’s global network of test centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor exams and enforce security policies.
• Perform required security checks and report issues with urgency.
• Maintain a safe, orderly testing environment.
