The TCM will hire and train personnel, manage timesheets, and coordinate with facilities to maintain a secure testing environment. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and professional reporting ability.
• Experience explaining policies, giving instructions, and taking decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard computer programs.
• Flexibility to work various days and times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure test center operations meet Prometric standards and client requirements.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise regular and temporary Test Center Administrators.
• Monitor operating costs and impact on key financial metrics.
• Educate and coach staff to achieve targets efficiently.
• Supervise security procedures for candidates and verify eligibility.
• Hire and train new Test Center Administrators and review timesheets.
• Maintain security systems and locks for the testing facility.
• Represent the organization professionally at all times.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate as needed; assist with testing operations.
• Engage with property management for a safe testing environment.
• Participate in Prometric QA and audit programs.
