Prometric is seeking a Test Center Manager in McAllen, TX. The role leads the test center operations, manages staff, and upholds exam integrity. You will oversee facilities, security, and daily testing activities to deliver reliable testing experiences.

The position requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work varied shifts and weekends as testing demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities, operations, and performance to meet Prometric standards.
• Plan and supervise staff schedules, including temporary staff.
• Understand operating costs and impact on financial metrics.
• Educate and coach staff to meet targets.
• Supervise security procedures for test candidates.
• Hire and train Test Center Administrators.
• Review timesheets and expenses for staff.
• Ensure facility security and proper key handling.
• Represent the organization professionally.
• Resolve common tech issues.
• Report irregular test center situations or complaints.
• Operate testing center equipment and systems as needed.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments as necessary.
• Engage with property management to maintain a safe testing environment.
• Act as a Test Center Administrator when needed.
• Participate in QA, audits, and company initiatives.
