Job summary

Prometric in St. Louis, MO seeks a Test Center Administrator to join our Test Center team. You will be the face of Prometric at the testing site, verifying candidate IDs, guiding examinees, and enforcing security policies to uphold exam integrity.

You will work a variety of shifts, interact with customers, and coordinate with the Test Center Manager to ensure smooth operations. A high school diploma and one year of customer service experience are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in person.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including wand checks.
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
• promptly report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials at all times.
• Ensure each candidate has a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Report any occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision, mission and values.
• If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint IDs.
