DSI Systems in Newington, CT seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance and develop people in a retail territory. You will onboard RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell to stay sharp while modeling best practices.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and willingness to travel including weekends. Excellent payroll oversight and KPI focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.
• Willing and able to travel across the Newington area and work weekends.
• Driving Requirements: valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
