Job summary

DSI Systems is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Hartford, CT area. You will lead sales performance, onboard, and coach Retail Sales Associates while driving weekly store execution and direct sales to meet company goals.

You will travel across the Hartford area, work a retail-aligned schedule including weekends, and contribute to a high-performance culture with strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
