Job summary

DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the Hartford, CT retail territory. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates (RSAs), drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to model best practices.

You will travel across the Hartford area, manage KPI-driven staffing, interview candidates, and ensure payroll accuracy while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
