Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Strong interview and coaching skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver new-hire training and upskill sessions.
• Visit stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
