Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue. You will diagnose wildlife and pest issues, propose effective solutions, and leverage both provided leads and your own pipeline to meet targets.

You will build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors while collaborating with field teams to ensure a safe, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available to travel up to 10%.
• Available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with outside sales experience in related fields (pest control, construction, etc.).
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your schedule.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Grow new business in your territory by networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
