Job summary

Republic Services Territory Executive role focusing on identifying leads, prospecting, and selling new and profitable business across assigned markets outside major metropolitan areas.

You will present our full suite of waste, recycling, and management services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients, building strong relationships and closing deals to help achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business.
• Maintains and grows existing customers through long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Responds to cancellations and supports pricing initiatives.
• Delivers sales presentations and closes deals with key decision makers.
• Performs cold calling and follows up within 2 hours of lead receipt.
• Documents activities in Salesforce and maintains robust customer profiles.
