Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on recruitment support.
• Support stewardship strategies and engage volunteers through ongoing touchpoints.
• Assist with volunteer recognition events and National Volunteer Week activities at territory level.
• Build and maintain relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations to sustain momentum.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and tools at the territory level.
• Identify local engagement challenges and elevate insights to VOE leadership.
