Mars Veterinary District Sales Manager in Denver West, CO manages a territory including Breckenridge area. The role drives Vet BU strategy, grows clinic access, and delivers account-specific sales goals. Travel 20–30% is required with cross-functional collaboration to expand relationships with clinic decision-makers.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years sales experience in veterinary clinics, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B Veterinary clinic experience.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, occasional weekends; approximately 20-30%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic needs.
• Grow clinics within assigned geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address Veterinary staff needs.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across BU & organization.
• Balance needs of multiple stakeholders (Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs).
• Build partnerships and work with others to meet objectives.
• Execute Veterinary BU sales strategy in a cross-functional team environment.
• Adapt strategies in response to changing needs to maximize territory performance.
• Manage budget and reporting; complete CRM calls and expense reports.
