Job summary

Ally is hiring for an entry‑level Vehicle Remarketing Sales role with Ally SmartAuction in the Phoenix area. You will grow the dealer base, train them on SmartAuction, and increase vehicle remarketing revenue through in-person visits and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes local travel, a fully on-site/hybrid model per manager, and a total rewards package including paid time off, retirement plans, health insurance, and family benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Increase buying/selling of used vehicles via Ally SmartAuction.
• Train, equip and enable dealer customers to use SmartAuction.
• Facilitate dealer introductions and onboarding.
• Lead in-person dealer visits and training as needed.
• Ensure dealers are current on promotions and incentives.
