Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking an entry-level Vehicle Remarketing sales professional for the SmartAuction platform. You will develop dealer relationships, train customers on using SmartAuction, and drive revenue growth within a defined territory in the Greater Phoenix/Las Vegas region with local travel required.

A company vehicle is provided. The role targets individuals with 1+ years of sales experience, a strong drive to perform in a commission-based environment, and a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, automotive remarketing, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
• 1+ years’ sales experience preferred.
• Education may be used as a proxy for the experience.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Leverage relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
• Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Grow the active dealer base through equipping, training, and coaching them on how to solve used vehicle needs utilizing SmartAuction.
• In-person dealer contacts on a daily basis throughout the assigned territory.
• Attend meetings and conventions, dealer and remarketing trade shows and manage special projects as requested by management.
• The Work Itself: Increase the buying and selling of used vehicles through Ally’s online auto auction, SmartAuction.
