Job summary

Ally is seeking an entry-level vehicle remarketing salesperson for SmartAuction in the Peoria, IL; Danville, IL; St. Louis, MO; and Quincy, IL region. Daily local travel is required and a company vehicle is provided.

This role offers on-site sales activity and growth opportunities within Ally SmartAuction. You will develop dealer relationships, train customers on SmartAuction usage, and work toward territory targets with a base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales preferred.
• 2+ years in financial services or automotive remarketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Willing to relocate to the territory and travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Increase buying and selling of used vehicles through Ally’s SmartAuction.
• Train, equip, and enable dealer customers to utilize SmartAuction.
• Attend meetings and dealer/remarketing trade shows as requested by management.
• Daily in-person dealer customer contacts within the assigned territory.
• Provide sales support and promote current promotions and incentives.
