Ally Financial is seeking a Remarketing Specialist in the United States to provide quality and efficient customer service by performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of vehicle returns. You will work with customers, auto dealerships, vendors and financial institutions to manage retail and lease accounts and ensure daily workload completion.

As part of a close-knit team, you will support on-boarding vendors, data entry, and inventory controls while contributing to improved

Qualificações

• Call center experience desired in financial services.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Oral and written communication to handle routine inquiries.
• Computer skills to prepare policy manuals and enter data in spreadsheets.
• Judgment to apply guidelines and coordinate with others.
• Initiative to gather information and resolve routine problems.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategies to minimize net credit losses by maximizing recovered dollars.
• Assist onboarding of new vendors by handling RFP information.
• Improve processes to deliver year-over-year expense reductions.
• Build peer-to-peer relationships to meet operational needs.
• Communicate with outside vendors to provide customer service.
• Support quality control and compliance programs.
• Perform data entry, system coding, inventory audits, reconciliations.
• Respond promptly to vendor requests as needed.
• Work with team to manage daily workload.
