Job summary

OSG USA, INC. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the greater Boston, MA area. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding sales by leveraging knowledge of OSG products and fostering strong distributor and end-user relationships.

The position requires 1–3 years of sales experience in cutting tools or related industries, excellent communication, and the ability to travel and entertain customers within the assigned territory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales in cutting tools or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train distributors and end users.
• Must live in assigned territory and be able to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Secures orders from existing and potential customers through on-site visits, phone or email.
• Conducts daily sales calls to distributors and end users.
• Quotes opportunities and follows up on quotations.
• Maintains CRM daily with accurate activity records.
• Trains distributors and end users on OSG products.
• Presents technical solutions by testing and documenting sales opportunities.
