Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Rep to drive revenue, margin and product mix by securing and expanding key architect, designer, contractor, distributor and end-user accounts in the Miami, FL area.

You will own performance metrics for your territory, develop strategic plans for West Palm Beach, Lauderdale and Miami, present technical collateral, and collaborate with internal teams to win and deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in commercial construction or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and targets.
• Develops new account opportunities and grows existing ones.
• Manages accounts to create business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Delivers technical collateral and training in collaboration with suppliers.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge across lines and services.
• Travels within assigned territory to meet clients and close deals.
