Job summary

2020 Companies has part-time Territory Sales Representative opportunities representing our client, Dell. In this role you will sell, train, merchandise, and promote Dell and Alienware products in regional and national retailers, visiting stores weekly to ensure accurate messaging.

You will train Retail Sales Associates, perform endcap rotations, and travel within your market using your own transportation. This position offers flexible hours, performance-based earnings, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dell market share through daily direct and indirect sales engagement.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions that convert to measurable results.
• Train and motivate retail associates to confidently recommend Dell solutions.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to create sales-driving initiatives.
• Ensure Dell displays are clean, operational, and visually compelling.
• Execute retail resets and merchandising refreshes within your market.
• Educate customers and recommend complete solutions tailored to their needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance metrics.
