Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Representative to represent Dell in Modesto, CA. You will sell, train, merchandise, and promote Dell and Alienware laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories in regional and national retailers.

Responsibilities include demonstrating products, training retail staff, completing displays, and traveling within the market to deliver a consistent Dell message.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
• Coordinate Group trainings and execute.
• Be able to promote the Dell brand and work with store staff to build relationships.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
